Molly-Mae Hague has ‘learnt her lesson’ about flaunting wealth on social media after robbery

Molly-Mae Hague has reportedly vowed to be “more careful” about what she posts on social media, after being targeted by professional thieves.

While she was attending an event in London last week with her boyfriend Tommy Fury, the couple’s apartment in Manchester was burgled, and £800k worth of items were stolen.

The pair were so traumatised by the incident that they moved out of their £1.3million rented accommodation straight away.

According to reports, Molly fears the gang of robbers were “tipped off” by the designer purchases she’s shared online.

The 22-year-old regularly shares hauls on YouTube and Instagram, including items worth thousands of pounds.

An insider told OK! magazine: “Molly has been left really shaken up. It was a huge robbery and it was a targeted attack.”

“She’s now realised that she has to be more careful on social media and what she posts. She has a lot of followers and a lot of people watching her.”

“She’s going to be so careful going forward and she’s totally learnt her lesson,” the source added.

Back in 2016, Kim Kardashian was robbed and held at gunpoint in Paris after thieves were enticed by the expensive jewellery she shared on social media.

Following the robbery, the reality star completely changed what she posted online, and she no longer keeps jewellery at her house.
