Yesterday, Marnie Simpson revealed that she had named her newborn son with an unusual moniker – Rox.
The star shared a series of snaps of her son online while announcing his interesting name.
Today, Marnie explained how she came up with the unusual name.
“Everyone keeps asking how I picked his name,” she said, before sharing a screen grab of a page from Urban Dictionary.
The Urban Dictionary listing read: “Rox something that is ultra cool.”
She added: “I came across this definition online and loved it coz I knew he was going to be ultra cool.”
The definition continues: “Rox is a name for very cool people. Usually very handsome and brave.”
Marnie took her Instagram stories to thank her fans for the love and support they have shared for her and her newborn.
Rox was welcomed into the world by Marie and boyfriend Casey Cody Johnson on October 29th of this year.
