Coronation Street star Sally Dynevor receives her coronavirus vaccine

Sally Dynevor has received her coronavirus vaccine.

The soap star, who plays Sally Webster in Coronation Street, shared the news via Twitter on Tuesday.

Praising frontline workers, the 57-year-old wrote: “Thank you so much to our NHS. Had my vaccine and I’m so grateful. Thank you for everything you do.”

Following her vaccination, Sally said: “It’s the best day I’ve had for ages… a huge thank you to everyone.”

The actress’ daughter Phoebe followed in her footsteps in recent months, rising to fame for her leading role in Bridgerton as Dalphne Bridgerton.

The 25-year-old admitted she skipped the show’s sex scenes when watching it with her mother, telling Steve Wright on BBC Radio 2: “I had to sit there and fast forward on high alert with the remote control. We managed it just about.”
