Coleen Rooney has shared her first picture with husband Wayne since the footballer was caught up in a drink driving and cheating scandal.
Wayne was arrested earlier this year, after he was caught drink driving at the wheel of party girl Laura Simpson’s car after a boozy night out.
Since then, Wayne and Coleen’s marriage has hit headlines as Coleen was spotted without her wedding ring – however, it looks like the pair are now putting on a united front.
Taking to Instagram, the 31-year-old posted a picture with Wayne and their three sons – Kai, 8, Klay, 4, and Kit, 1.
Posing for a Christmas Day picture, Coleen and Wayne made sure to flash their wedding rings in the family snap.
Coleen is currently pregnant with their fourth child, and recently spoke out about their marriage – insisting that they were working things out.
“No, I’m not taking Wayne back as he’s never left. Yes, it has been a s**t time, and yes, time was spent apart and I thought my marriage might have been at an end.
“I’m not going to list Wayne’s good qualities as a person as I don’t think he deserves it at this time but one thing is that he is a brilliant dad.
“He’s made silly and selfish mistakes, some he’s learnt from, some obviously not. However maybe that will change? In life, you don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow,” she said.
