Ant McPartlin has spoken out for the first time since leaving rehab.
The I’m A Celebrity presenter checked himself into rehab back in June, after admitting his problem to his wife Lisa and his TV partner Dec.
Speaking to The Sun on Sunday Ant revealed just how bad his addiction had become.
“I was at the point where anything — prescription drugs, non-prescription drugs — I would take.”

He continued, “And take them with alcohol, which is ridiculous. The doctors told me, ‘You could have killed yourself’.’ ”
Before entering the rehabilitation facility, Ant spoke out about why he went public with his battle.
“I want to thank my wife, family and closest friends through this really difficult time.
“I have spoken out because I think it is important that people ask for help if they are going through a rough time and get the proper treatment to help their recovery.”
