Plot twist: Joe cracks on with AMBER in tonight’s Love Island episode

Love Island has just returned to our screens, and it’s already hotting up.

On Tuesday night, we saw late entry Tommy Fury shake things up as he chose to take top contender Lucie out of her couple with Sandwich Man Joe and pair up with him instead. However, last night saw things kick off as Joe became upset over Tommy’s decision – and Lucie cooled things off with the pro boxer.

In tonight’s episode, (spoiler alert) Joe takes his eye off Lucie to have a flirt and a chat with beauty therapist Amber.

Amber has mentioned fancying Joe in the past, but is apprehensive about his advances due to his apparent commitment to Lucie.

Joe reassures her that he likes her, saying: “I feel like not only are you loyal, I feel like if we were to couple up you’d be straight talking.”

During their chat, Lucie intervenes and asks Joe if she can speak to him, before highlighting his hypocrisy after he was upset with her last night for talking to Tommy.

“If you’re flirting with her behind my back, why can’t I talk to Tommy?” she challenges.

Lucie is currently coupled up with Tommy, while Joe is single after having Lucie poached from him.

Tonight, fans of the show will see Anton make a play for Anna, and discuss his intentions with Sherif.
