The Great Irish Bake Off has been shelved by TV3 after three seasons.
The baking show featured judges Anna Nolan, Paul Kelly, and Lily Higgins.
“Every show has a run and this was just it,” a source revealed.
Cancelled: The judges won’t be back this year to sample the sweet treats | TV3
Even though the third series began with a ratings increase up 25% on the previous year, TV3 won’t be bringing it back for a fourth series.
“That is not to say that down the line we won’t have a rethink and come back to it,” the source revealed to the Irish Daily Mail.
“But for now it is not being brought back for a fourth series.
“TV3 is extremely proud of its commitment to making excellent cookery programmes.”
