First Dates Ireland contestant Laura Finn has admitted she is being abused on social media – but she’s taking it on the chin.
The makeup artist, who people are dubbing a Roz Purcell lookalike, has had people tweeting saying she was “superficial” and “boring”.
But Laura, 24, said she won’t be responding to haters.
“I looked at Twitter straight away and obviously it was really bad. Some of the stuff on Facebook was worse actually,” she told the Irish Sun.

“They were having a go at everything, saying ‘she’s superficial’ and all this. obviously just don’t get dry humour so it’s fine.
“It doesn’t upset me but I just don’t respond to them. I respond to the nice comments,” she explained.
“I saw one say ‘she has the personality of a brick!’, and another said her voice box needs to be destroyed with a fork.”
Despite the online backlash, Laura said she would definitely do the show all over again.
“I was nervous watching the show as I was on antibiotics on the day of the date and combined with all the wine, I was worried it would be a trainwreck.
“I’d do it again but I would plan my outfit more than ten minutes before the show starts,” she admitted.
