Dublin actress Victoria Smurfit has revealed she’s landing two roles since NBC series Dracula was cancelled.
The former Ballykissangel star is about to start filming her new movie The Taking in England, meaning she’ll have to leave her sunny LA home.
“I’m going to the north of England to shoot that and I’m bringing the kids with me, which will be great,” she said.
“It will be good, tough stuff and I’m playing a market stall owner who comes across some trouble – I love a bit of trouble,” she told the Herald.

Victoria has already been filming scenes for US series Rush – a show about a top class doctor who deals with elite patients.
