Social pics: Stars line out for the Dublin premiere of Mad Max

By: Karen Kennedy

Well known faces of rugby, modelling and television stepped out for the Irish premier screening of the Mad Max Fury Road this week.

The Savoy cinema on O’Connell Street were decked out as a wasteland complete with War Rigs on the night, while members of the rhythm group Extreme Rhythm upped the tempo out side the cinema.

Red Rock star Adam Weafer led the way on the red carpet looking dapper  in an effortlessly stylish all black outfit.

Other celebrities spotted at the event where TV3 presenter Gordon Hayden and Kevin McGahern all scrubbing up well for the event.

Assets model Gail Kaneswaran kept it all black everything as she rocked a black military jacket along with lacy tights and knee high boots.

While Exiles star Sean McConon broke up his all black ensemble with a baby pink shirt.

Meanwhile Thalia Heffernan’s best model pal January Russell looked ever the biker chick with her leather skirt and jacket and also mixed all black ensemble up with a baby pink blouse.

And while the focus was largely on the ladies last night, there was some eye candy too.

Along with Adam Weafer, some of Ireland’s leading Ruby players arriving last night, we hope these guys had enough leg space at the screening.
