An Irish fan spotted Justin Bieber on Dublin’s Grafton Street – but what happened next did not go down well.
Keith Casey spotted Justin leaving a tanning salon on Grafton Street (of all places) and asked both Justin and his security could he get a quick picture.
Keith asked again and again but was told no by Justin as well as his body guard.
He was then asked to put the phone down, but continued to follow Justin down Grafton Street.
