Maeve Madden’s beloved father Paul has sadly died.
The Irish influencer shared the heartbreaking news with her 349k Instagram followers, by sharing a series of tributes to her dad to her Stories.
Alongside a photo of her and Paul at her wedding to Andrew Selby in December, Maeve wrote: “30-06-2022.”
In another post, the fitness influencer shared an emotional video of her arriving home to surprise her dad for his birthday.
She captioned the clip: “my greatest treasure.”
According to RIP.ie, Paul passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, on Thursday.
His funeral took place in Newry on Saturday.
The death of Maeve’s father comes just days after she and Andrew tied the knot for the second time in a lavish ceremony in Adare Manor.
Maeve paid tribute to her dad in a touching Instagram post shared on Father’s Day.
She wrote: “These pictures mean the world to me. In the blink of an eye everything can change. So love with all your heart. Smile, take all the photos and save all your videos. Cherish each moment & be eternally grateful for time ..”
