Lottie Ryan has returned to work, five months after welcoming her son Wolf.
The RTÉ 2FM presenter and her husband of four years, Fabio Aprile, welcomed their first child back in June.
The new mum returned to the airwaves on Monday morning, and said to Jennifer Zamperelli: “I’m back. I am a giver of life.”
“I didn’t sleep last night. It’s such a strange, strange feeling because I’m so excited to be back, and I’m so nervous for Wolf starting creche.”
Speaking about her son’s birth, Lottie said: “I actually went into labour after I’d only been in the office, two or three weeks after Covid.”
“So I feel like I haven’t been around adults and people for two years at this stage. So it’s hugely exciting, but it’s also a little bit nerve-racking coming back.”
Gushing over Wolf, Lottie said: “He’s an amazing baby. I’m obsessed with him.”
“He’s just… my God, no matter how much people tell you about it, until it happens to you it’s very hard to explain the love.”
