Katie Hopkins has called Ireland a joke on The Late Late Show.
The former Big Brother star has caused quite a stir online already with many taking to social media to voice their anger about her appearance on the RTE show.
An audience member was commenting on the recent American election and said how well Irish and British communities get along compared to the U.S. – but Katie brushed his comment off as a “joke.”

Katie made reference to Ireland’s division between the north and the republic.
“This joke saying that Ireland is such a great place, that everyone gets along – the north of Ireland can’t even get along with the Republic and the Republic can’t get along with the north,” she said on the chat show.
However, Ryan Tubridy managed to tackle the tough guest – and people absolutely loved his witty comebacks.
