Kathryn Thomas: 'Irish men are stuck in a time warp'

The Voice of Ireland host Kathryn Thomas has revealed her shock to see older men looking for younger women to date on a new dating website.

The 35-year-old’s surprise comes from Intro.ie’s director Rena Maycock’s statement revealing that 75% of Irish men have unrealistic relationship expectations.

“Not surprisingly, ’20 years younger’ is at the top of many male wishlists and the reason why three quarters of them need to change their minds if they want to use the site.

The Carlow native, who is currently dating restaurateur Padraig McLaughlin, added that Irish women aren’t looking for sugardaddies.

“Reality check, this is not Hollywood. We are not talking about shacking up with an auld fella who has countless millions.
