Holly Carpenter has admitted she is open to dating another sports star – but she doesn’t want to be known as a “jersey puller.”
The Dublin model revealed that she didn’t go looking for a sports star when she started seeing Cian, but would be open to dating another.
“I was in a very public relationship, so there were always loads of pictures of us together on my social media,” she said.

“And when the relationship was over, those pictures were brought back up and published everywhere, and you kind of think, ‘I wish I was a bit more private about things’.”
“I didn’t really go out looking for it when I started dating Cian; it just happened,” she told VIP magazine.
“I wouldn’t want to be called a jersey puller or anything and I wouldn’t be yearning for it.”

“I’d never judge someone based on their career though, and I wouldn’t like to think someone would do that with me,” she explained.
“So I suppose if someone was a nice guy and that’s what they did, then yeah fine, but I would make sure to keep things a bit more private this time,” she added.
