Giovanni Pernice has paid a sweet tribute to his girlfriend Maura Higgins.
The Strictly Come Dancing pro dancer and the Irish Love Island star checked into the luxurious Shangri-La The Shard hotel in London on Sunday for a romantic night away.
Taking to his Instagram Stories on Sunday evening, Giovanni shared a photo of Maura enjoying a glass of prosecco and a meal, adding Bruno Mars’ song ‘Just The Way You Are’ to the snap.
He included the lyrics: “And when you smile, the whole world stops and stares for a while. ‘Cause girl you’re amazing.”
On Saturday night, the couple reunited for a date night after spending weeks apart while Maura filmed a new RTÉ series in Ireland.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Maura posed for a selfie with her boyfriend, before sharing photos of their meal.
Maura confirmed her romance with the Italian dancer last month, following weeks of dating rumours.
The Love Island star announced the news by sharing a loved-up snap of them on Instagram, alongside the caption: “I’m yours.”
Minutes later, Giovanni also shared a photo of them together, and captioned it: “You’re mine.”
