Celebrity First Dates is rumoured to be the next big hit show on RTE.
The widely popular First Dates first aired on RTE in April this year and had people talking since it’s first episode.
“A celebrity version of the Irish show is definitely something that could work for them, provided they get all the right celebrities on board,” a source revealed.

Because of the show’s success, a celebrity version of First Dates is a no brainer and a second show was always going to happen.
“This is a format that has been massively popular for RTE and was watched by its key demographic of 18-34-year-olds, so a second show was always going to be on the cards,” the source further revealed to The Herald.
No Irish celebs are confirmed yet, but comedian Al Porter and model Vogue Williams have already featured on the RTE Player section of the show and revealed their dating disasters.
