TV3 star Alan Hughes was rushed to hospital last night.
The Ireland AM presenter was brought to A&E by husband Karl after feeling ill. According to Karl Alan had a serious “scare” after doctors found his oxygen levels were low.
“Exhausted. .had a scare last night with Alan Hughes who went to A & E cos he felt ill,” Karl wrote on Facebook.
“His oxygen levels had dropped to dangerous levels. Alarms and everything went off.

“The staff in Swift clinic in airside and staff in beaumont were gorgeous. Hes ok. Phew.”
Right now Alan and Karl are in rehearsals for their Cheerios Christmas panto Cinderella – starring Mrs Brown’s Boys star Rory Cowan.
