Tributes pour in for Brooklyn Nine-Nine actor Andre Braugher – who has died aged 61

Tributes have poured in for Brooklyn Nine-Nine actor, Andre Braugher, who sadly passed away at the age of 61.

The actor was best known for his role as Captain Raymond Holt in the iconic American comedy series.

The star’s death was confirmed by his publicist who said he passed away after a brief illness.

Andre’s Brooklyn Nine-Nine co-stars have now taken to social media to expressed their condolences.

The official page for the series took to X and wrote, alongside an image of the late star: “Always our Captain, we love you Andre.”

Chelsea Perretti, who starred as Gina Linetti took to Instagram and said: “Love you ❤️ Will miss your dulcet tones. Forever lucky to have gone on such a journey with you. Ringside seat.”
