The REAL reason Justin Bieber turned down Super Bowl performance with Usher

The real reason why Justin Bieber turned down the Super Bowl performance with Usher has been revealed.

The 29-year-old was rumoured to be playing the half-time show alongside Usher and disappointed fans when this was not the case.

Fans will be even more heartbroken to hear that the Yummy singer reportedly has “zero interest” in performing major live shows at all anymore.

Although he is choosing to stay off the stage, a source told the Daily Mail that he will continue to make music.

The source told the outlet: “Justin not only told Usher he wasn’t interested in doing the Super Bowl, but he also said he doesn’t want to do much of anything when it comes to performing,”

“He has had his issues in the past with touring, whether it was his health or mental health that made him cancel tour stops, but he just has lost interest in going on a major world tour.”

“He’s with Hailey doing his thing, and maybe recording some music, but he is a bit of a homebody.”

The insider continued: “He likes to be in the shadows and occasionally put out music but a full-on world tour or big performances on an awards show or the Super Bowl just doesn’t fit him right now.”

“It is not much of an interest or something that drives him now at all.”

However, Justin did perform an intimate gig at Drake’s History Club in Toronto ahead of the 2024 NHL All-Star Weekend.

The performance marked his first show in over one year.

According to the course, Justin told Usher that he was currently “focusing on his health” following the facial paralysis he suffered two years ago.

Justin went public with his Ramsay Hunt Syndrome back in June 2022 when he showcased his temporary facial paralysis.

The 29-year-old shared his health update after he was forced to cancel dates on his Justice World Tour back in June 2022.
