Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have just sold their Bel-Air mansion for a HUGE profit.
The a-list couple, who married back in 2014, bought the property for $9million in 2013 – and are now selling it for $17.8 million.
According to TMZ, the 1 acre property has been sold to entrepreneur and philanthropist Marina Acton.
Kim, Kanye, and their two children North and Saint, will finally move into their $20million Hidden Hills home, which has been undergoing renovations for years.
The couple will move in just in time for their new arrival, as Kim and Kanye will welcome their third child via surrogate at the end of this year, or else early next year.
The mansion reportedly features “a games room, chef’s kitchen with separate breakfast room, formal dining room with two wall-mounted wine racks, maid’s quarters, office, library, fitness room with two separate areas for the sauna and spa, and private screening room, a pond on the front lawn, two pool areas with an additional spa, pergola, and a courtyard accessorised with a cascading water fountain.”
