The luxury villa, which once belonged to supermodel Cindy Crawford, has incredible ocean views and access to a private beach.
The home features a living room, den, dining room and gourmet kitchen with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.
The primary suite in the house boasts a fireplace, a sitting area, dual spa-like bathrooms and a walk-in closet.
There are two additional en suite bedrooms, a media room, a gym, and a fourth bedroom with a private entrance, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Outside, there is a swimming pool, a spa, a pool deck and a cabana with a fireplace.
Kim’s new home purchase comes a year after her estranged husband Kanye West bought a $57.3 million house just 15 miles away.
Kim and Kanye tied the knot back in 2014, and share four kids – North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.
Kim filed for divorce from Kanye in February 2021, citing “irreconcilable differences”.
