Gypsy Rose Blanchard files for restraining order against estranged husband Ryan Anderson

Gypsy Rose Blanchard has filed for a restraining order against her estranged husband Ryan Anderson.

The 32-year-old announced their separation last month, almost two years after they tied the knot behind bars.

Gypsy announced their split just three months after her release from prison.

 

The 32-year-old revealed the couple would be going their separate ways on her private Facebook account.

Gypsy Rose served seven of her 10-year sentence in Chillicothe Correctional Centre in Missouri for conspiring to kill her mother.

Dee Dee, Gypsy’s mother, was then stabbed to death by her then-boyfriend Nicholas Godejohn.

Despite this, Ryan fell in love with the jailbird and the couple were married in a jailhouse ceremony in July of 2022.

In her Facebook post, the soon-to-be divorcée wrote: “People have been asking what is going on in my life.”

“Unfortunately my husband and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my parents home down the bayou.”

“I have the support of my family and friends to help guide me through this. I am learning to listen to my heart. Right now I need time to let myself find … who I am.”

Court documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight, it showed that Gypsy filed the restraining order against her estranged husband, in the 17th Judicial District Court in the Parish of Lafourche, Louisiana. on Thursday.

The restraining order comes three days after Blanchard filed for divorce from the Louisiana special education teacher.

According to court records, the former convict filed just before 2 p.m. in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, on Monday, one week after she announced posted her private Facebook statement.
