Drake sued a woman who reportedly claimed she was pregnant with his child after being raped by him.
The rapper stated that he had sex with a woman called Layla while on a tour in the U.K. last year.
The woman then reportedly become obsessive with Drake after he wouldn’t take her on tour with him.
According to TMZ, in April 2017 Layla stated on Instagram: “So I guess still in this era this is the new thing that after you tell a dude you pregnant they stop answering they phone!!!”
She then allegedly threatened to leak private messages between her and Drake to the public and later accused the 31-year-old of rape.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Drake was investigated by Manchester police, but was then cleared of all accusations made against him.
After Drake’s name was cleared, Layla allegedly demanded millions of dollars from the rapper in exchange for her silence.
Drake has now sued Layla for defamation, civil extortion, emotional distress, fraud and abuse of process.
