American actress and model Chloë Grace Moretz, has been granted a restraining order.
The 20-year-old was granted the restraining order against her alleged stalker.
The KickAss actress filed documents requesting a restraining order against Terry Daniel Quick.
According to E! News, Chloë Grace wants to protect herself, her mother Teri Mortez and her brother Trevor Duke Moretz as Terry apparently “harassed” them.
“The persons are family members, whom reside and work together”, Chloë Grace stated in the documents, adding that the man “also followed and harassed them while stalking me and has harassed and confronted them.”
The documents also state that on November 29th, Terry was arrested after following them from LAX airport to the actress’s home.
The 20-year-old actress also said that “Quick’s online posts, harassment and stalking has become seriously alarming, annoying and harassing.”
