The former Miss World is currently working on her first cookbook named Eat Your Beautiful which is due to be released next Autumn.
Looking stunning in a pale pink jumper and matching statement necklace, the Wicklow beauty couldn’t contain her excitement about the new book.

The qualified nutritionist is on her second day shooting for her new project and previously Instagram a colourful photo of her preparing something delicious.
Writing: “Day 1 of the 5-day shoot for my new nutrition and cookbook out in the autumn!! Feels so surreal ❤️”.

The Playboy covergirl recently claimed she wanted to bring a book out before fellow model and foodie Roz Purcell.
