Sarah McGovern has admitted she can’t believe she still gets booked for lingerie jobs.
The 38-year-old has been modelling for 16 years and in an industry that’s often critised for its obsession with youth, Sarah has defied the odds.
The blonde beauty credits her slender figure to a fantastic metabolism.

“I am lucky that I have a good metabolism but I don’t think my body is good at all,” she told The Herald.
“I would love it to be the way it was pre-children. When it comes to being toned it is definitely harder, so that is where exercise comes in – which, I admit, I haven’t done much of.”
Sarah has been kept busy the last few months and modeled lingerie and bikinis for stores including Arnotts and Debenhams.
The model admitted she can’t believe she still gets booked for bikini gigs.

“I never expect those jobs anymore. I think ‘Why would they want me?'” she said.
“But if they are happy then I am happy. They don’t want someone who is really skinny, they want someone who represents the normal body shape.
“I wouldn’t be the one to stand in a bikini on Grafton Street – those days are definitely behind me.”
