Doireann Garrihy has been left red faced, after fans spotted her vomiting on the side of the road.
The RTÉ star contracted a nasty stomach bug while she was in Clare over the weekend, which left her seriously ill for the drive back to Dublin.
Doireann shared a photo of herself lying in bed, and wrote: “Some sort of vomiting bug has me absolutely floored since yesterday evening.
“If you saw me puking at various points along the road from Clare to Dublin last night, you didn’t,” she added.
While the Dancing With The Stars host was joking about passers by possibly seeing her vomiting in a ditch, unfortunately some of her followers actually did.
Doireann shared a screenshot of a DM from someone that said: “Actually I think I passed you on the N7.”
The presenter captioned the post: “Ahh, fantastic.”
The 31-year-old then received another message that said: “Myself and my husband passed you, we were in the Falls Hotel for the weekend.”
The red-faced radio host replied: “I was joking when I said about anyone seeing me, this is a level of fear my hangovers don’t even know.”
