TV presenter Angela Scanlon has announced she will be hosting T in the Park on BBC3
The flame-haired Dubliner admitted will front coverage from the renowned Scottish festival alongside BBC Radio One’s Clara Amfo.
“I am so excited to be working with BBC Three on T in the Park,” she told Goss.ie.

“Clara is amazing & has done such a brilliant job taking over from Fearne [Cotton] we’re going to have a lot of fun,
“I’ve watched BBC’s festival coverage forever so it’s a dream come true to be joining such an incredible lineup of broadcasters,” she added.
Fresh from being the digital host for The Voice UK, Angela revealed to Goss.ie she can’t wait to see all the Irish acts performing at the three-day event.
“The line up as always is incredible and I’ve heard that Scottish crowds a pretty epic so can’t wait to get stuck in,” she revealed to Goss.ie.

“There’s a decent Irish contingent too: Hozier, The Script, The Strypes, Gavin James, The Coronas and The Riptide Movement, I’ll definitely be checking them all out.”
The Getaways presenter admitted she can’t wait to interview into legendary musician Noel Gallagher at the festival.
“I can’t wait to see Noel Gallagher too and chatting to him will be brilliant, he’s a soundbite a second and my ultimate dinner party guest,” she smiled.
“I’m a big fan of Kasabian, Sam Smith, I interviewed Paloma (Faith) while doing The Voice and she’s wonderful and funny, Ella Eyre, Years & Years, Hot Chip. It’s going to be a BUSY weekend!”
