Irish Miss World contestant Jessica Hayes has claimed she’s not angry about missing out on the crown.
The Cork star lose out to South Africa’s Rolene Strauss in yesterday’s final – but is still so glad to have taken part.
“It was an amazing experience… I am delighted for Rolene. She is so, so nice,” the 20-year-old said.

“I was delighted for her, she is such a genuine girl, and I got on really well with her, so if there was anyone that should have won it was her.”
And Jessica told the Herald that it was great “representing my country” – and didn’t even have nerves during the dance they all had to do.
She added: “It was the same dance for everyone. We had rehearsed everything down to a tee, so it kind of took away the nerves.”
Around 20 friends and family were in the audience in London to cheer her on, including the Miss Ireland organisers.
