Miriam O’Callaghan is stepping into the past as she takes part in RTE’s Road To The Rising event.
The event takes place this Easter Monday as a special commemoration to the 1916 rising.
As part of the special day, TV presenter Miriam was transformed from a modern woman into the style and appearance of an Irish woman from 100 years ago.
The RTE star then posed for a family portrait from the past in celebration of the upcoming event.
The public will be able to discover what life was like in Ireland 100 years ago as O’Connell Street, Dublin will come alive with special street performances and family-friendly talks and broadcasts.
