Jennifer Maguire and Bernard O’Shea’s new comedy Bridget & Eamon is set to premiere next month on RTÉ2.
Speaking about the Republic of Telly spin-off, the team behind the series said we can expect to see comedy gold.
“Bridget & Eamon and their indeterminate number of children have broken out of the Republic of Telly studios and landed their own series,” said the team behind the series.

“Jennifer Maguire and Bernard O’Shea will be mining 80s Ireland for comedy gold as Bridget strives for a lifestyle drawn from the pages of Woman’s Way and Eamon just wants to watch TV.
“But his wife and the 80s just won’t let him be,” they told RTE Ten.
However, that’s not all for fans of the pair as a teaser has been released for show which starts on February 1 at 10pm.
