Roz Purcell has revealed she would love to open her own cookery school.
The Restaurant star is already working on her debut cook book, and now the former Miss Universe Ireland wants to open her own culinary school.
Roz, 24, recently promoted a cooking demonstration and almost 350 people signed up for the class immediately.
“It’s something I’ve been meaning to do for ages because so many people have kept mailing me and asking me if I would,” Roz revealed.

“I really couldn’t believe the response – in the space of a night I had received nearly 350 enquiries about it.
“A cookery school would be far down the line because there is a long list of things I want to do before that,” she told the Herald.
“But it’s definitely something I would look towards doing.”
