Hailey Bieber has confirmed how far along she is in her pregnancy.
The model announced she was expecting her first child with her husband Justin Bieber on Thursday, by sharing photos and a video of them renewing their wedding vows.
Hailey, who married the pop singer in 2018, wore a Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello white lace gown as she showed off her growing baby bump in the snaps.
A representative for the mum-to-be has since confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that Hailey is “a little over six months pregnant.”
A source also told the outlet: “Hailey and Justin are thrilled to be expecting a baby together.”
“They have wanted this for a long time and can’t wait to expand their family and bring a child into the world. Hailey and Justin are united and have been on the same page when it comes to parenthood.”
“They have experienced so much together as a couple and feel ready to take this next step in their lives and relationship.”
“Hailey is such a natural caretaker and Justin knows she will be the best mom, and Hailey has always thought that Justin will make an amazing dad.
“Hailey, Justin, their families and loved ones are so excited for this beautiful blessing,” they added.
The couple secretly wed at a New York City courthouse in September 2018, just two months after the Canadian musician proposed in the Bahamas.
One year later, they exchanged vows in front of family and friends at their star-studded second wedding in South Carolina on September 30, 2019.
Hailey previously addressed rumours that the pair were expecting their first child last October.
She told GQ Hype : “Recently, everybody was like, ‘Oh, my God, she’s pregnant,’ and that’s happened to me multiple times before.”
“There is something that’s disheartening about, Damn, I can’t be bloated one time and not be pregnant?”
“It would be a lie if I was like, ‘Oh, yeah, I don’t give a s**t.”
The Rhode founder told the publication that she was looking forward to motherhood, but said once her and Justin begin to try for a family, the public would be the last to know.
“When there comes a day that that is true, you…you, as in the internet, will be the last to know,” the 26-year-old explained.
“It’s also such a private, intimate thing. It’s something that’s going to come when it comes. And it’s just, honestly, at the end of the day, so hilarious how much people f**king care.”
“Let me do what I want to do with my body and you guys can do what you want to do with your body—and let’s just let it be that.”
The model revealed that she believes it will be hard to raise a family out of the spotlight, labelling it as “probably totally unavoidable.”
“Maybe I liked the idea at 18 of not raising kids around certain things, but my life is so different now than it was when I was 18,” Hailey continued.
“It’s so hard to say what I’m going to do or not do when there isn’t even a child here yet. I don’t even know what it feels like to be a parent other than a dog parent yet.”
“And that’s not the same thing, by any means.”
