Ronan Keating has shut down rumours that Boyzone and Westlife are set to reunite for a reunion tour.
The Dublin native laughed off ex-bandmate Shane Lynch’s suggestion that the two groups should do a world tour together in the future.
“Shane loves to stir the pot! There’s no plans for anything at the moment,” he told Goss.ie.
Chat: Ronan and Storm spoke to Goss.ie at the IFTAS
Speaking at the IFTA Television Awards, fans shouldn’t despair just yet, as the 38-year-old also pointed out that you never know what will happen in the future.
“You never know [what might happen] – but there’s no plans right now.”
While Ronan and his wife Storm regularly get to party with the world’s rich and famous, they admitted there’s only a few notable faces out there that would have them starstruck.

“When you meet presidents and royalty, that’s kind of when you get starstruck. That’s really special,” Ronan said.
“We tried to do a selfie with the Queen before with her in the background and we got stopped, that was very funny,” Storm laughed.
