Selena Gomez has headed into rehab for the second time.
The 24-year-old singer has been “recovering” in a facility in Tennessee.
Multiple sources have confirmed to Us Weekly that Selena has taken a break to deal with “anxiety, panic attacks and depression.”
The Kill Em With Kindness singer canceled 34 remaining dates on her Revival world tour as a result, recently cancelling her Dublin gig.
“Selena is dealing with lupus, but this break is to focus on her mental health,” a source revealed.
“She can go to a very dark place,” they added.
