Russell Crowe will not be facing charges in relation to claims that he assaulted rapper Azealia Banks.
Back in October, Russell Crowe reportedly kicked Azealia Banks out of his hotel room, because she was behaving “erratically”.
The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office said it will not prosecute the Oscar winner as witnesses described “Banks, not Crowe, as the assaultive party”.

According to TMZ, they rejected filing a battery charge against Crowe due to “lack of sufficient evidence”.
At the time of the incident, the US rapper claimed that Russell Crowe choked her while removing her from his Beverly Hills Hotel suite, and then spit on her in the hallway.
Many witnesses that were present at the time of the ‘attack’, confirmed that it was Azealia herself who was aggressive that night.
