Ozzy Osbourne has had to undergo “intense therapy” for his sex addiction.
The drama exploded after the 67-year-old rocker had an affair with his former hair stylist Michelle Pugh, which created a rift between him and his wife of 33 years, Sharon Osbourne.
Now the couple are said to be back on track, as Ozzy insisted that his relationship with Michelle was purely physical, caused by his out-of-control sex addiction. “He is sorry if Ms. Pugh took their sexual relationship out of context,” the singer’s rep told People magazine.

“He would like to apologise to the other women he has been having sexual relationships with. Since his relationship with Ms. Pugh was exposed, Ozzy has gone into intense therapy,” the rep continued.
The statement came after Michelle gave an interview with People. In contrast to Ozzy’s statement, she described their relationship as passionately real. She claims the two became involved a year after she first coloured his hair in 2011.
“When I say he gave me the greatest love of my life, I mean it,” she said. “He made me feel like the most beautiful and worshipped woman in the world.”
Apparently, Ozzy has had more than one such love.
In a statement, he praised his wife Sharon for standing by him, BBC reported. “I thank God that my incredible wife is at my side to support me,” he said.
