Louis Tomlinson is willing to settle his custody conflict with baby mama Briana Jungwirth – but on one condition.
Sources told TMZ that the 1D star wants to settle, but only if Briana keeps details of their relationship off social media, and he can pre-approve any pictures she posts of baby Freddie.
But naturally, Briana isn’t happy about this, and tweeted a lengthy statement in retaliation to Louis’ terms.
Briana said she is a, “proud new mother that is extremely joyous” and who wants to share her joy with friends and family through social media.

In the post, she continues to criticise those bashing her on social media, by saying, “Surely you must have better things to do than pry into the personal life of a single mom and a newborn child.”Â
“More importantly, every mature and experienced adult should know that there is always more to a story than what meets the eye – especially involving matters of the heart.”
Twitter users didn’t respond kindly to her post. Many pointed out that she chooses not to make her account private. One user even accused her of “exploiting her baby for promo deals.”
Another defended her, tweeting “she’s free to do whatever the f**k she wants.”

The bitter custody spat started when Louis filed legal documents for joint custody of Freddie, saying that Briana was keeping the child away from him.
Sources told TMZ that Briana is worried that Louis’s new girlfriend is a security risk to her baby.
Brian is also reportedly adamant that Freddie stays in the US, despite Louis being from the UK.Â
