Simon Cowell has revealed he would love to work with Cheryl again.
The music mogul reunited with his former X Factor colleague over the weekend to celebrate the final episode of Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway.
Speaking to the MailOnline, Simon said: “It was amazing, she hasn’t changed at all. I miss her. We had great fun together. So it was a bit of a reunion.”
When asked if he would like to work with Cheryl again, he said: “With the right show, 100% because I think she was a really, really good judge.”
Cheryl exploded in popularity when she appeared as a judge alongside Simon on The X Factor from 2008 to 2010.
However, a feud erupted between them when he famously sacked her from The X Factor USA in 2011, after just three weeks of filming the show.
Cheryl was understandably humiliated after the incident, and ended up suing the show’s production company.
The brunette then ended up winning an undisclosed sum in an out-of-court settlement.
Cheryl and Simon didn’t speak for a long time, but he soon managed to woo her back to The X Factor in the UK to help boost ratings in 2014 and 2015.
The Girls Aloud star also briefly returned in 2017 when she appeared on Simon’s judges houses episode.
