Prince Harry urged to ‘bin’ tell-all memoir to heal ‘rift’ with Prince William

Prince Harry has been urged to “bin” his upcoming tell-all memoir in an attempt to heal his “rift” with Prince William.

The Duke of Sussex’s memoir, which has reportedly had its release pushed back until 2023, is said to be an “explosive” telling of his life within the Royal Family.

The book is set to detail the death of Harry’s beloved mother Diana, Princess of Wales, as well as his marriage to Meghan Markle and their subsequent stepping down as senior working royals.

In recent years there has been some evident tension between Harry, William and their respective wives, as they have become increasingly distant in both their personal and professional lives.

Speaking to The Mirror’s royal editor Russell Myers on this morning’s Lorraine, the host Lorraine Kelly said: “[Harry and Meghan] have been brought back into the fold, which is good. It’s what you want. I think bin the book or just make it a tribute.”

Russell added, “Well is that possible though, because they’ve signed a big money deal.”

“You can always give the money back,” Lorraine said. “I don’t know how it works, but it’s strange.”

Harry and Meghan were seen publicly with William and Kate Middleton for the first time in over two years on September 10.

The two couples had not been seen together since the Commonwealth Service in Westminster Abbey in March 2020, which was held three months after Harry and Meghan announced their plans to resign as senior working members of the Royal Family.

A couple of days after this, Harry and Meghan moved to California, where they now reside with their son Archie, 3, and daughter, Lilibet, 1.

William and Kate awkwardly sat away from Harry and Meghan at the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Service of Thanksgiving back in June.

Upon their arrival, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge took their seats on the right-hand side of St. Paul’s Cathedral, sitting beside Anne, the Princess Royal, King Charles III the Queen Consort Camilla.

Meanwhile, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex sat on the opposite side of the cathedral, beside Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank.

The two brothers have been seen together a couple of times since Harry and Meghan moved their family to America.

In April 2021, the brothers reunited to attend the funeral of their grandfather, the Duke of Edinburgh.

Less than three months later, they publicly appeared together again in July 2021, as they unveiled a statue of their late mother, Princess Diana, commemorating what would have been her 60th birthday.
