Molly-Mae Hague reveals how Tommy Fury pulled off her surprise proposal

Molly-Mae Hague has revealed how Tommy Fury pulled off her surprise proposal.

The boxer proposed to the influencer in Ibiza on Sunday, four years after they found love on Love Island.

Taking to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday morning, Molly-Mae told her followers that Tommy organised a fake brand event that she thought they were attending together.

Alongside a photo of her and Tommy, she wrote: “Just before we were leaving for a ‘brand event’ we’d both been invited to… fake invites, fake emails, notes in the hotel room from the brand, everyone playing along so unbelievably well…”

“I’ve never known a surprise to be pulled off like this. I was COMPLETELY and utterly fooled. It was only when we pulled up to the ‘event’ and Tommy jumped out of the car and ran off and I was handed a letter that I realised all was not what it seemed.”

The 24-year-old then shared a sweet snap of her getting ready with the couple’s six-month-old daughter Bambi before the “event”.

She wrote: “Getting ready with my perfect girl who we said goodbye to for the evening… little did I know she was on her way to meet us there.”

Molly-Mae announced her engagement to Tommy on Sunday, sharing an emotional video of the moment he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him.

Tommy popped the question by a cliff with a breathtaking view, surrounded by white roses, and with their daughter Bambi present.

Irish singer RuthAnne was also present, as she sang the couple’s song ‘The Vow’.

Molly-Mae captioned the post: “Forever. 23/07/23💍😭”
