Love Island’s Kady McDermott reveals HUGE unaired fight between two of the boys

Love Island’s Kady McDermott has claimed a huge fight broke out between two of the boys in the villa, but it wasn’t caught on camera.

The 28-year-old is no stranger to throwing shade at her co-stars, as she’s been sharing her honest thoughts on them in various interviews since leaving the villa.

However, it appears Kady’s comments have landed her in some hot water, as some Islanders have slammed her for “talking too much”.

Kady has since addressed the backlash she’s received on the Staying Relevant podcast, which is hosted by Sam Thompson and Pete Wicks.

The 28-year-old explained: “I have never said I don’t like anyone… I’ve not been malicious. It’s not personal.”

“If someone says, ‘Oh who was the messiest to live with?’ I said Scott because he never made his bed and he was all this stuff… I’m not saying this person is a horrible person.”

Sam then said he heard a “rumour” that Scott had “clicked his fingers at a producer” and “had a bit of an attitude” behind the scenes.

Kady claimed this was true, and said it lead to a massive unaired row between Scott and Mehdi Edno – who allegedly called out Scott’s behaviour.

She said: “Him and Mehdi at lunchtime, the food wasn’t the best, ok, it wasn’t but we got fed and… it was fine, it done the job. [Scott] basically kicked off one day and Mehdi lost his s**t at him.

“Scott pushed his plate and was like, ‘This food is s**t, there is no protein, like where is the food?’ and Mehdi lost his s**t and said, ‘You are so ungrateful!'”

Kady claimed it escalated into a “big argument”, and accused Scott of having “bad manners”.

The 2023 series of the dating show came to an end on July 31, but the drama between the Islanders certainly didn’t.

Some contestants have been hitting out at Kady for publicly bashing them during podcast appearances – including Mitchel Taylor.

After Kady branded Mitch and Ella Barnes’ relationship “fake”, he claimed she was the fake one in the villa, as she “secretly had a boyfriend” while on the show.

Speaking to On Demand Entertainment about Kady, Mitch said: “You’re calling me and Ella B fake – you came in with a boyfriend. You have a boyfriend to this day. I’ve been told by the other girls, I’m not going to name names cause I’ll just take all of this, but you had your boyfriend’s bracelet on.”

“Your boyfriend was in your house whilst you were there, and you’re calling me fake? I got called fake by Kady, when Kady was doing the most.”

Referencing comments Kady made about Zachariah Noble during Sunday night’s Love Island reunion, he went on to say: “You say to Zach ’15 minutes of fame’, bro you had to come back on another season because you was becoming irrelevant. So don’t come at Zach because you sound like a donut.”

“You’re putting an act on to get your ’15 minutes of fame’. I wasn’t going to start doing these podcasts and going mad at Kady until Kady started going mad about me and everyone else, and that’s when I thought right I’m going to respond.”

Kady then responded by insisting the rumours about her “secret boyfriend” are not true, and claimed she was being “targeted” by her co-stars for simply sharing her “opinions”.

In a statement shared to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, the brunette bombshell said: “I have apologised to those that have been upset to hear my opinions as this was never my intention, but since I have felt deliberately targeted by some of my fellow islanders. I have also been getting death threats since my podcasts which is not ok.”

It comes after Kady announced her split from Ouzy See, who she grew close to after Casa Amor.

She wrote on Instagram: “Sadly late last night Ouzy’s behaviour and actions from the 30th July were bought to my attention.”

“Ouzy is one of the loveliest people I have met and I know he is remorseful but unfortunately actions have consquences and although we are not ‘official’ in our relationship status I am definitely not prepared to start a relationship off on this foot.”

“I wish him nothing but happiness and success in his life. Thank you for the continued support by so many of you, I’d like to focus on the many positives and move on with my life now.”

Ouzy then released a statement, which read: “Just wanted to say what’s happened with me and Kady has NOTHING to do with her or any false rumours that have been flying about, it’s because of my actions that things have ended not Kady’s and I have apologized to her already.”

“She’s an amazing girl with an amazing family and doesn’t deserve any of the negative messages she has received this morning!”

According to The UK Sun, the pair called it quits after Kady found out Ouzy spent two nights with a brunette beauty named Alicia shortly after being dumped from the villa.

Kady first appeared on Love Island in 2016, and she made a surprise return to the show as a bombshell during the 2023 summer series.
