Love Island’s Chloe Burrows confirms appearance on brand new reality show

Chloe Burrows is returning to our TV screens very soon.

The 27-year-old, who shot to fame after appearing on Love Island back in 2021, has confirmed she will appear on a brand new reality show next month.

Taking to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday morning, Chloe wrote: “Do you guys remember when I went missing for 8 days with no phone and then posted this but never said where I went? Lol WELL…”

She then shared a screenshot of the line-up for Channel 4’s Scared of the Dark, hosted by EastEnders legend Danny Dyer.

Chloe explained: “I was locked in a pitch black bunker with these lot!!! Out in April on @channel4.”

Boxer Nicola Adams, footballer Paul Gascoigne, The Wanted star Max George, comedian Chris McCausland, TV personality Scarlett Moffatt, actress Donna Preston and boxer Chris Eubank have also been confirmed for the new series.

The show will see the group of celebrity contestants enter a completely pitch-black space, known as The Bunker, for eight days.

To leave The Bunker, the stars must shout “I’m Scared of the Dark!” and they will then be escorted into the light.

During the show, the celebs will take on a series of challenges designed to test either their primal fear of total darkness or their ability to function in the pitch black. At the end of the series, one celeb will be crowned the winner.

Host Danny Dyer said: “This is possibly one of the most bizarre things I’ve ever done in my career, and I have done a lot of mad things.”

“Throw in a bunch of celebs and make them do things with the lights off – it’s proper good telly.”

“You’re gonna laugh, you’re gonna laugh some more and I promise you’re gonna love it.”
