Love Island stars Dami Hope and Indiyah Polack have reunited and taken a huge step in their relationship.
The couple placed third on the eighth series of Love Island, ahead of Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page, and behind Luca Bish and Gemma Owen, and winners Davide Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu.
Dami returned to Ireland from the UK solo, but the couple have since reunited and Indiyah has been introduced to the Dubliner’s family and friends – most importantly his grandmother.
In a video shared to his Instagram story, Indiyah meets Dami’s grandmother for the first time.
She walks towards the waitress and offers her a welcoming hug.
“This is my Grams,” Dami introduces. “She literally changed her outfit and put perfume just to meet this girl.”
The pair hug, smiling away as Indiyah says: “Hello Grandma!”
Dami captioned the clip: “They’re still hugging 30 secs after I posted this.”
In a video shared to Indiyah’s Instagram story, the couple and Dami’s Grandma are enjoying some quality time in the back garden.
The waitress leans in and is given a sweet peck on the cheek from Dami’s grandmother, as he poses in the background.
