Love Island star Faye Winter confirms her next TV gig

Faye Winter has been confirmed for the new series of Celebrity MasterChef.

The reality star, who shot to fame on Love Island last year, is one of the 20 celebs who will take part in the upcoming series of the hit BBC show.

Sharing the news via Instagram on Monday morning, Faye wrote: “Seeming as I cope so incredibly well under pressured environments @masterchefuk was clearly going to be the next challenge I signed up for! “

“Can’t wait for you all to watch soon on BBC One and @bbciplayer 🔥,” she added.

Strictly Come Dancing pro Katya Jones, McFly singer Danny Jones, comedian Paul Chuckle, TV presenter Lisa Snowdon, former EastEnders star Cliff Parisi, and star of The Choir Gareth Malone have also been confirmed for the upcoming series.

Former boxing champion Chris Eubank, TV presenter Kirsty Gallacher, former pro-footballer Jimmy Bullard, actor Ryan Thomas, former EastEnders actor Richard Blackwood, former All Saints member Melanie Blatt, comedian Kae Kurd, and RuPaul’s Drag Race UK star Kitty Scott-Claus will also try to impress with their culinary skills.

Reality star MoJo, media personality Nancy Dell’Olio and actors Lesley Joseph, Adam Pearson, and Clarke Peters complete the lineup.

This year will see the return of challenges Under the Cloche, The Street Food Challenge and Dinner Party Dish in the four-week heat round before the top celebrities face the semi and final week stages.

This series will also see the finalists face challenges cooking for a large number of people – including a special centenary challenge to mark 100 years of the BBC.
