Love Island star Cara De La Hoyde admits she ‘wanted to die’ during ‘horrific’ labour

The reality star welcomed her second child back in July

Cara De La Hoyde has admitted that she “wanted to die” during her horrific labour.

Two months after she gave birth to her second child, the Love Island star opened up about her painful labour experience during an Instagram Q&A.

When asked if labour was painful, Cara replied: “Horrific! No joke how you’re going through it and not dying I have no idea.”

“Take whatever pain relief you want, don’t be a hero for the sake of it but I did it again so you do forget about it.”

After a fan confessed she was scared giving birth for the second time, Cara agreed and said: “So was I so much more than with Fred, I think it’s because you know what to expect this time and how much it hurts.”

“But honestly was a lot easier. Like I still wanted to die but it didn’t seem as bad after the first time.”

Cara welcomed her second child, a daughter named Delilah, with her husband Nathan Massey in July.
