Jorgie Porter has announced she’s pregnant.
The former Hollyoaks star, who is expecting her first child with her fiancé Oliver Piotrowski, shared the exciting news with her Instagram followers.
In a sweet video, Oliver, Jorgie, Oliver’s son from a previous relationship and the couple’s pet dog took it in turns to remove their hands – and paws – to uncover a baby scan underneath.
Jorgie captioned the clip: “Hopeful beginnings …🥰”
A host of the actress’ former co-stars took to the comment section of the post to congratulate her on the happy news.
Jennifer Metcalfe wrote: “🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌❤️ cannot wait for this chapter xx”
Kieron Richardson commented: “❤️❤️❤️ the best news baby pio-ports.”
The news comes just eight months after Jorgie revealed she suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage with quadruplets.
She told Fabulous magazine in November last year: “Miscarriage is still a taboo subject, but by speaking out, it’s a way of coping and helping other women realise that they’re not alone.”
“Since it happened, a couple of women at work have had miscarriages and I’ve taken them aside and gone: ‘Me too. I get it.’ It’s OK to talk.”
Jorgie and Oliver got engaged in December 2021.
