Teen Mom star Catelynn Lowell announces THIRD pregnancy

She's already mum to daughter Nova, and Carly - who she gave up for adoption

On an all new episode of Teen Mom, Catelynn Lowell reveals to her shocked husband Tyler that she is pregnant with her third child.

In the episode set to air this week, Catelynn dresses daughter Novalee up in a t-Shirt that read, “I’m going to be a big sister.”

Tyler looked taken a back and asked, “why do we have that shirt?”, and Catelynn replies, “Because she is going to be a big sister!”

Catelynn and Tyler are already parents to Novalee Reign (3).

The couple previously gave their daughter, Carly, up for adoption back in 2009, and the process was documented on the hit MTV series.

Catelynn has documented her mental heath struggles over the last couple of years and has just finished her third stint in rehab for treatment and to find the correct medication that suited her.

She announced via her Instagram page late last year that she was heading back for the third time.

Tyler has showed enormous support for his wife through her tough times as well, in late December he posted a throwback picture of the two with the caption, “Throwbacks of me & my wife at 15 when the duck face was all the rage & I bought glasses that were too big for my peanut head lol!”

“Seriously though, Cate comes home today & I can’t wait to just hug her for as long as I want. I am so incredibly proud of her & the work she has done this past 6 weeks.

“She is a strong woman who has been through more than you know & her resilience continues to triumph over what life has thrown her way. I love you Babe @catelynnmtv hurry home please, I’ve missed you so much!” he added.
